Director of Technology (2024~present)
As the Director of Information Technology, I am responsible for the comprehensive oversight and strategic leadership of all IT programs, functions, and personnel within a state-wide municipal association and several non-profit insurance and risk management trust funds. My role is pivotal in guiding the organization to leverage information technology to fulfill its mission of enhancing and supporting local government operations through the delivery of high-value services at cost-effective rates.
In this capacity, I lead the development and implementation of forward-thinking IT strategies that align with and advance our organizational objectives. My duties encompass not only the formulation of long-term technological goals but also the execution of short-term initiatives. I am adept at resource allocation, project management, and ensuring that all systems, services, and programs are robustly supported and aligned with our mission.
A key aspect of my role is fostering superior interpersonal relationships, which are essential for effective collaboration with project stakeholders and clients. My ability to build and maintain these relationships ensures that our IT initiatives are responsive to the needs of our diverse user base and support the overall strategic direction of the organization.
In addition to my leadership and managerial responsibilities, I am actively involved in hands-on technology tasks, reflecting the unique nature of our Information Technology Department. This dual role allows me to stay connected with the technical aspects of our operations while providing strategic oversight and guidance.

Supervising a technology team of fifteen, recruiting, hiring, supporting, developing, and retaining effective and collaborative technology experts. Seeking, acquiring, and managing technology resources to support teaching and learning. Collaborating with the administration and other staff to develop short and long-term technology plans and budgets that ensure the continued successful use of technology throughout the district. Plan, develop and maintain data and communication systems to deliver actionable information for classroom and school improvement.

Technology Integration Specialist (2014~2018)
Train staff members one-on-one and in groups on the use of a variety of classroom technology. Instruct students on Digital Citizenship and ensure responsible care and maintenance of technology devices. Routinely survey and assess the school’s technology needs. Train staff and students on the use of Google Apps for Education. Deploy new technology software and hardware for staff and students.

Parish Administrator (2008~2014)
Directed religious education of K~10 grades and collaborated with teachers and parents in setting result oriented goals. Provided marriage counseling, regular visit to the sick and families, managed funds for charitable and missionary works and promoted social justice in the community. Assisted in planning and coordination of age appropriate programs for religious education of K~10 grades. Organized trainings for the teachers and provided general counseling for students regarding personal, academic, vocational or behavioral issues.

Coordinates the pastoral ministries provided to students, faculty and administration of the various universities in Abia State, Nigeria.
